The Philadelphia Community Conservatory (PCC) is an outreach program sponsored in-part by the Friends of West Catholic, FELS Foundation, Tabatha Foundation, and housed on the campus of the West Philadelphia Catholic High School.

With a mission to bring quality of life through the study and performance of the arts, the PCC seeks to involve and nurture the young talent of Philadelphia.

Providing a curriculum that includes both Private Music Lessons and Orchestra, Founder & Director Dr. Stephen Framil and the Faculty hold music performance and education degrees from the top conservatories and music school around the world.
